Tulku Thondup Talks and Guided Meditations

On December 29th, 2005, the anniversary of his passing, a group of Tulku Thondup Rinpoche's students gathered to honor his life and teachings. Rinpoche's wife, Lydia Segal, shared the remarkable story of his passing, and the students watched a video of guidance that Rinpoche had offered privately to a student preparing for retreat.

Tulku Thondup emphasizes that the essence of meditation is simply reconnecting with loving-kindness, even for just a few minutes a day. This brief daily practice can open the heart, deepen our sense of connection, and gradually make us kinder in everyday life.
